Early booth pricing through May
Booths are 10×10 and available now at our early-bird rate of $1,000. Prices will increase to $1,499 soon, so be sure to take advantage of this window. Beyond the savings, registering early means you get first pick of floor placement. If visibility matters to your business (and it should), locking in your spot now is a smart move.
Sponsorship opportunities
Our 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus is live, with details on this year’s sponsorship tiers: Gold, Partner, and Friends of NEDME. Each tier offers a different level of brand visibility before and during the show, from logo placement across our marketing materials to premium booth positioning and custom signage throughout the venue.

A bigger audience is coming
One of the changes we’re most excited about for 2026 is a new flat-rate attendee ticket: $40 for all-inclusive access to the expo hall, keynote sessions, every breakout session, and lunch. Last year, attendees paid per session on top of their base ticket, which meant tough choices about which talks to attend. This year, there are no choices to make; one ticket gets you everything.
We expect this to bring significantly more people through the doors, especially the engaged, curious attendees who want to sit in on multiple sessions throughout the day. For exhibitors and sponsors, that means more traffic, more conversations, and more value from your investment.
A big keynote announcement is coming
We’re not ready to share the details just yet, but we are working on something special for this year’s keynote, the kind of name that will have people marking their calendars. Stay tuned.
What’s ahead
NEDME 2026 is on September 23 at the Wingspan Conference Center in Hillsboro, Oregon, and we have a lot more to share in the coming months, including speaker announcements, program details, and networking opportunities. This is shaping up to be our most ambitious show yet.
